MY MORNING RITUALS THAT CHANGED MY LIFE

I would like to show you my morning rituals for daily success, motivation and productivity.
This routine allows me to perform at my best, every day.
I Believe in the power of rituals.
I started doing them for the last couple of years. I used to struggle with stress, anxiety, fear, laziness, and depression.
By creating a morning ritual, I was able to recondition my beliefs and transform every aspect of my life.
The morning is the best time to condition your mindset. Research shows that your mood in the morning affects your productivity all day.

My morning ritual for daily success, motivation and productivity will help you to achieve greatness every day.
1. Smile As Soon As You Wake Up
Smiling can make a significant impact on your mood.
By forcing yourself to smile each morning, you’re sending signals to your brain to release chemicals that will make you feel happy.
Smiling allows you to be grateful for the gift of today and will help you start off the day on a positive note. 2. Priming
The next part of my ritual is something I do called “Priming”, as well as meditation.
Priming is something that I learned from Tony Robbins Unleash The Power Within, youtube video, which is a 10-minute exercise that primes you for gratitude and strength.
It's something that I do every morning while sitting in my bed. You can also combine this with meditation, which helps me feel at peace and feel grounded.
This process has been powerful for me and really uplifts me for the day.
Breathing is an important step as oxygen is the most important thing that the body requires from a health perspective. By doing this exercise, I am also consciously focusing on my breathing and taking in deep breaths. This helps to cleanse and vitalize the cells of my body.
Of course, you can modify it as you wish. If you prefer, you could just meditate for however long you like.

I've been finding more and more benefits to meditation each day and how it helps me feel more at peace and improves my state throughout the day.
3. Drink Water
The next best thing that you can do to take care of your body is by keeping yourself hydrated.
Your body is extremely dehydrated after sleeping and is desperate for water upon waking.
Skip the coffee or any other beverages besides water during the first hour of waking.
By drinking 8 - 16 ounces of water, your body will start to wake up and you’ll naturally feel more energized.
